Um esforço de diálogo entre teologia e pedagogia a partir de uma leitura teológica da obra Pedagogia do Oprimido de Paulo Freire. No primeiro capítulo busca-se determinar o método para a leitura teológica. Após a análise do método de investigação temática apresentado por Freire, desenvolve-se a tese de que tal método é adequado para a leitura teológica da referida obra, portanto, descobre-se no método de investigação temática um método excelente para a leitura. Os passos da leitura teológica da obra seguem as orientações do método de investigação temática. O segundo capítulo se ocupa da leitura do mundo, onde não somente o autor, mas também o leitor é alvo de observação. Quanto ao autor da obra, Paulo Freire, percebe-se nitidamente, através das paráfrases de versículos bíblicos, da linguagem usada e dos temas tratados, a influência de sua formação cristã e de sua teologia na formação de seu pensamento político-pedagógico. Nos capítulos terceiro, quarto, quinto e sexto são discutidos os temas geradores numa perspectiva teológica-pedagógica: libertação, comunhão, solidariedade, amor, generosidade, testemunho, esperança, a palavra, imersão, emersão e inserção, homem novo, fé, Deus e mundo. Finalmente é apresentada uma tentativa de problematização da práxis pastoral batista à luz da leitura teológica da Pedagogia do Oprimido.

Abstract

This is an effort to dialogue between theology and pedagogy with a theological reading of the work Pedagogy of the oppressed, by Paulo Freire. In the first chapter, a search is made to determine the method of the theological reading. After an analysis of the method of thematic investigation presented by Freire, a thesis is developed in which this method is adequate for a theological reading of the referred to work; therefore one discovers in the method of thematic investigation an excellent method for the reading. The steps of the theological reading of the work follow the directions of the method of thematic investigation. The second chapter deals with a reading of the world, where not only the author, but also the reader are targets of observation. How much the author of the work, Paulo Freire, perceives clearly, through the paragraphs of biblical verses, the language used and the themes dealt with influences his Christian formation and his theology in the formation of his theological-pedagogical thinking. In the chapter three, four, five and six, he discusses the generated themes in a theological-pedagogical perspective: liberation, communion, solidarity, love, generosity, testimony, hope, the word, immersion, emmersion, insertion, the news man, faith, God and world. Finally, na attempt at the problem of the praxis of the baptist pastor is presented in light of a theological reading of the Pedagogy of the Oppressed.
